I’ve gained one pound and I’ve named that pound “Chocolate Bunny”. Oh, after Easter sales.
I’m doing well with drinking lots of water, I’m getting in more fruits and vegetables (and thought out exactly how much produce we’d need for the month when I did my shopping to make sure that we were well stocked) and have been getting out to walk, despite being super tired. I managed yoga one day this week but the baby was fussy and I don’t feel that I got much out of it.
Overall, I’m happy with my progress. If nothing else, keeping these healthy habits in mind and having to be accountable every Monday is very helpful.
