Baptism

Adam was baptised today. I finished his booties this morning (eek!) but I’m glad I did. They didn’t turn out perfectly, but a lot better than I expected considering how much counting it involves and how tired I am. I wanted to make him something for his big day and I am happy how they turned out and they look especially nice with the red ribbon (Happy Pentecost!). I didn’t get a great picture because I spent most of the day in a rush of feed/change/keep him happy/stem the drool faucet. Here my brother is tickling his feet.

He had both grandmas to fuss over him and despite his very busy weekend, he’s been a relatively happy baby, even when it came to cheek pinching.

We are blessed.

Welcome to the family of God, little one!
