Meal Plan Monday

Here’s what we’ll be eating this week:

Breakfast

granola

toast, peanut butter, jam

cereal, fruit (for Adam who usual eats some of our breakfast, too)

Lunch

leftovers

egg salad sandwiches

cucumbers, avocado, grape tomatoes*

Dinner

roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, tomato* and avocado salad

salmon patties, brown rice, green beans*

chicken fajitas with green peppers*, black beans and rice

pizza, tomato* salad

perogies, green beans*,

pasta with green peppers*, tomato* and zucchini*

Snacks/Dessert

chips, popcorn, brownies (for Mama and Papa)

grape tomatoes*, grapes, cheese, blueberries, watermelon, peas

*grown in our garden!

  2. Excellent! I really need to work on including lunches in my mealplan. I always end up scrounging odds and ends for my lunch.
