Meal Plan Monday

Here’s what we’ll be eating this week:

Breakfast

cereal

toast with peanut and homemade strawberry jam

bananas, grape tomatoes

Lunch

leftovers

veggie omelettes

Dinner

steak, mashed potatoes, mixed veg

pasta with tomato*, broccoli* and basil*, cheese bread, avocado and cucumber* salad

turkey curry, peas, quinoa

butter chicken with spinach*, brown rice

pizza, avocado, tomato* and cucumber* salad

Snacks/Dessert

green pepper* and tomato* salsa and chips, popcorn, cookies (for Mama and Papa only)

avocado, grapes, bananas, yogurt, crackers and cheese, raisins

*grown in our garden!
