Meal Plan Monday

Here’s what we’ll be eating this week:

Breakfast

oatmeal

toast with peanut and homemade strawberry jam

bananas, grapes

Lunch

leftovers

egg salad sandwiches

Dinner

chicken fajitas with tomato* and green pepper* salsa and sauteed zucchini

lemon garlic pasta with green peppers*

tuna melts, green beans*

pizza, tomato* and cucumber* salad

lime and chili chicken thighs, brown rice, mixed veg

Snacks/Dessert

homemade banana-berry-coconut frozen yogurt, cheese and crackers

* grown in our garden!
